Terms of service

These terms cover the MyBrandBiz service at mybrandbiz.com. MyBrandBiz is software for running a business: customers, sales, stock, staff, invoices and a portal. When you create an account you act for the business you name, and you confirm you are allowed to do that. You keep ownership of the records you enter. We host them so the service can run. You are responsible for the accuracy of those records and for having a right to store your customers’ information. A subscription to MyBrandBiz is separate from the money your customers pay you. Card payments your customers make are processed by Stripe on the account you connect, and are paid out to you. MyBrandBiz does not hold those funds. New businesses start a trial of the Starter plan unless a different trial is set. After the trial, the plan you choose is billed in the currency shown at checkout. You can cancel from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, then the business moves to the Free plan. Do not use the service to break the law, to send messages people did not agree to, or to interfere with another business’s account. We may suspend a business that does this. We will tell the owner when we can. The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Our liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for MyBrandBiz in the three months before the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
